Recruitment and selection services through print and online media are also provided. Furthermore, PMC International AG offers HR-related services like outplacement, management development, interim management, employer branding and compensation consulting with selected co-operation partners.

The company in the legal form of a corporation was established in 2003 in Neu-Isenburg in the vicinity of Frankfurt close to the international airport. Company founders are Joachim Staude and Christoph Rummel who were formerly heading the well-known search firms Baumgartner Personalberatung and PMM Management Consultants, a former KPMG-subsidiary. Within 4 years after foundation, PMC International AG was able to grow into the TOP 20 executive search firms in Germany measured by turnover.

PMC International AG is represented through 5 locations in Germany and thus ensures client coverage in the metro areas of Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. Internationally, PMCI is liaised with carefully selected co-operation partners enabling their clients to draw on recruitment services in more than 30 countries worldwide.
