DR. CHRISTOPH RUMMEL
Dr. Christoph Rummel is one of the two founders of PMCI. Beside the management of projects (nationally and internationally) for large companies/corporate groups he is also familiar with filling specialist and executive positions in mid-sized companies. In addition to his managerial tasks as consultant he has personally managed more than 200 projects in search and selection of executives and specialists since 1987. Dr. Rummel was furthermore board member of the search and selection chapter of the BDU (Association of German consulting companies).

Degree: Diplom-Kaufmann (comparable to MBA) - Graduation as Dr. rer. pol. at Mannheim university

- Lecturer in personnel management at McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada
- Personnel Officer with an international consumer goods company
- HR Manager, Sales Manager, Head of Personnel Europe (responsible for 8 countries) of an international brand corporation
- Branch Manager, Chairman of the partner organization and Managing Director of Baumgartner & Partner Personalberatung GmbH and after the merger with the international consulting company TMP Worldwide also Managing Director of PMM Management Consultants (1987-2002)
- Co-founder and Member of the Board of PMC International AG (2003-2009)
- Senior Vice President of PMCI
