
Design of integrated personnel development concepts and definition of appropriate controlling parameters
Personnel development does not only mean the development of professional competences but also comprises soft skills like a person’s social competence. Especially for the development of soft skills a reasonable networking of personnel development processes is of great importance. New respectively optimized patterns of behaviour are only realized sustainably if they are transparent and demanded throughout all levels. Single processes (like sending area managers to executive trainings) do not lead to sustainable results as a rule. Our personnel development processes aim at the networking of measures on different levels to allow interaction and support to each other. We thereby consequently follow the idea of applying only lean and efficient measures.
Our client will be provided with a profoundly elaborated personnel development concept ensuring a high-grade realization of the objectives agreed upon. Parallel to this, we will establish a personnel development controlling concept revealing the success of implemented personnel development measures. It is therefore an important steering tool for the entire process. Apart from the classic measures of personnel development we are also experienced in soft skills controlling. We thereby define measurable controlling parameters for traceable evaluation, steering and progress control of the current consulting process.
