Why do candidates get in contact with us and often keep these contacts for many years? PMCI´s search consultants are not only competent advisors in career matters but also well connected to business. 

PMCI completes almost 200 search assignments successfully each year. These engagements which are carried out exclusively on behalf of companies and organizations form the base for career advancement and professional development of these candidates. 

Candidates are normally applying for a specific position. However, we will also inform candidates about vacant positions if we receive their approval contacting them for such a reason.
