PMCI comprehends executive search and recruiting as a solution process that has to be structured as best as possible for the benefit of our client. We are not just passing CV´s around without cause. Our understanding of executive search is that of a consultative process between the client and the consultant with the objective to reach the best possible solution. Accordingly, we are not an agency but a retained executive search company.

As a member of the Association of German Consulting Companies (BDU) we are fully dedicated to acknowledge the "Principles of correct and qualified recruitment consulting" (GoPB). These principles define certain criteria of best practice in carrying out executive recruitment engagements for the sake of client as well as candidate interests. PMCI has been actively involved in the development of these principles.
