As a member of the Association of German Consulting Companies (BDU) we are fully dedicated to acknowledge the "Principles of correct and qualified recruitment consulting" (GoPB). These principles define certain criteria of best practice in carrying out executive recruitment engagements for the sake of client as well as candidate interests. PMCI has been actively involved in the development of these principles.
