PMCI Executive Consulting GmbH provides a range of comprehensive services all about Human Resources. We work across all industries, across all functions and at all management levels - nationally and internationally. 

We are a consulting firm that focuses on filling positions and developing individuals and teams that are of great importance to our clients. Therefore, in addition to the core area of Executive Search, we offer complementary diagnostic and team / personality development services at an advanced level. In recruiting, our Smart Recruiting - an independent service division - is the innovative supplement for vacancies in the ‘blue collar’ as well as administrative sector. Executives or specialists who are needed e.g. as a temporary bridge for a vacancy, are filled by our interim management company.

Internationally, we support our clients in the search and selection of executives and specialists through our own staff, who are able to communicate in many other languages in addition to German and English. 

In the areas of "Diagnostics & Consulting", "Interim Management" and "Smart Recruiting" we have special teams whose work for you is overseen by your responsible consultant, but not carried out by himself/herself. In these cases, your consultant acts more in the role of a "Key Account Manager". While supporting you in Executive Search projects your consultant clearly acts as the operational person responsible for the project, content, approach and results.

We are a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberater BDU e.V. (Federal Association of German Management Consultants) and adhere to its guidelines for the work as personnel consultants: GoPB = Grundlagen ordnungsgemäßer und qualitativer Personalberatung (Principles of proper and qualitative personnel consulting).
