Leadership development

In contrast to many other tasks, leadership is often taught little or not even exist - neither at university nor in relevant training programs. This makes it all the more important to teach high-potential employees the most important methods and procedures and to provide them with space for exchange among themselves, such as experience rooms and feedback methods.

For almost 20 years, our partner has been preparing junior staff for their first leadership roles and has been imparting the necessary skills in training courses, summer camps and coaching sessions. The events are practice-oriented, theories are taught briefly and/or in digital preparation units. On site we use innovative game formats and train behavioral patterns with the help of intensive feedback rounds (from colleagues, from the trainer, via video and self-reflection). 

We accompany experienced managers through refresher training, in the context of collegial case consultations and in workshops on specific issues, which often arise from specific occasions: Employee assessment, conflict and separation discussions, new assessment systems or company guidelines.

Top managers and owners are accompanied in individual processes: individual coaching as a framework supports an in-depth reflection on one's own goals, future requirements and strategic issues. The methodical approach is fully coordinated between coach and coachee. The respective consultants  have many years of management experience, worked in various organizations and nevertheless have a broad expertise.
