Our relations to clients and candidates go beyond the core engagement period. A search does not stop after the recruitment decision has been taken.
It can be beneficial for companies and candidates if consultants care about candidates after the recruitment decision has been taken. PMCI consultants will get in contact with placed candidates during the first 3 months of employment in order to help them adjusting to the new environment. They will also communicate with the client about expectations met or failed during this time.
This feedback process with clients and candidates will help bringing expectations on track and thus contribute to create a positive working relationship between the employer and the employee.
