Initially, we prepare a position profile for the future job-holder in collaboration with our client - reflecting the job´s requirements as best as possible.

Besides the required qualification and experience we also address company-specific cultural aspects and future responsibilities. After elaborating the position profile we determine the most efficient approach for filling the vacant position.

 

How we co-operate with clients

For each recruitment engagement a project team will be established which will be managed by the consultant responsible. This engagement manager - together with research and support - will keep ongoing communication with the client and make sure that the assignment will be completed successfully. During the search engagement - which normally lasts for 6 to 12 weeks - clients will be regularly informed about the progress of project activities.
