A large number of companies in Germany and other European countries are family-owned. Many of these businesses are structually in a situation to prepare for succession as otherwise the company might cease to exist. This strategic task has to be initiated in time and planned for professionally.
PMCI is able to support this succession planning process. Together with the client we analyse the existing situation of the company including its strategy and market position. Based hereupon we are looking for appropriate candidates suited for a potential succession, if necessary also for an interim period until a family member can take over management responsibilities.
