Our focus is Executive Search. We work across all sectors, all functions and management levels – both nationally and internationally. We fill positions that are of crutial today or for the future development of our clients.
A new appointment or replacement is not always the method of choice.
That is why, in addition to Executive Search, we offer supplementary consulting services such as the use of our active sourcing professionals as an “extended workbench” for our clients’ in-house recruiting team, as well as diagnostic and team and personality development services at a high level. We use our interim management partner companies to fill vacancies for managers or specialists who are needed temporarily, for example.
Internationally, we support our clients in the search and selection of managers and specialists with our own employees, who can communicate in many other languages in addition to German and English. Here you have a single, experienced consultant as project manager, who takes on all coordination work and, in the case of Executive Search, is also operationally responsible for the project, content, approach and results.
We are a member of the Bundesverband Deutscher Unternehmensberatungen BDU e.V. (Federal Association of German Management Consultants) and adhere to its guidelines for the work of personnel consultants: GoPB = Grundlagen ordnungsgemäßer und qualitativer Personalberatung.

Executive Search
Identifying leaders and specialists at all functional and hierarchical levels and assessing their potential fit is our core business. The aim is to find the most suitable – not necessarily the best.
It all starts with Understanding
Together with our clients, we develop a comprehensive “position profile”. We are listeners, sparring partners and sources of inspiration. The result is a position profile tailored to the market that reflects the organizational, cultural and professional requirements of the client company. It is much more detailed than a job advertisement.
The search fields that we work on to identify and attract new top performers are derived from the profile.
Detecting hidden top talent – many paths lead to the goal
Finding always means the coordinated use of several search strategies and methods. In-house databases, social media, digital recruiting, evaluating data traces on the Internet are just as important as traditional research or ad-supported searches.
In the end, an excellently trained, experienced team of professional research specialists combined with the consultant ‘s industry expertise ensures that “the needle in the information haystack” is found and the appropriate longlist and shortlist are generated.
The longlist is the starting point for developing a targeted and trusting dialog with candidates who appear promising.
Seizing opportunities – bringing people together
We build trust with potential candidates and establish an initial joint assessment of the fit in a protected dialog.
After a motivating presentation of the company, we highlight company-specific cultural aspects in addition to the necessary qualifications and experience. We address both current and future requirements.
The core of our advisory involvement is the assessment of candidates with regard to a long-term fit with the position and the company. The relevant criteria focus on personality, professional competence, values, development potential and, if applicable, leadership profile. We also use scientifically proven personality diagnostic methods.
We prepare a comprehensive confidential report for the candidates on the shortlist. This is the basis for our client’s decision to hold further direct talks, which we will accompany closely.
Aftercare
We maintain relationships with clients and candidates beyond the completion of projects.
We want to ensure that the selected candidates integrate and feel comfortable in their new working environment even after a search project has been completed.
Transparent Project Management
A project team is formed for the respective personnel search, which is led by the consultant. The latter has overall responsibility towards the customer.
During the entire project duration of usually around 14 weeks, status meetings – initiated by us – take place every 2 weeks. We discuss the qualitative and quantitative development of the candidate pool with the client based on our very clear and transparent reporting. If bottlenecks exist or are foreseeable, we will discuss ways of increasing the number of candidates within the scope of the requirements.

In Germany, a large number of companies are in the hands of families for whom the topic of “succession planning” is critical. Or will be in the years to come. Ensuring company succession is a strategic task for entrepreneurs that should be initiated and planned in good time.
When searching for potential successor candidates, we work with the client to analyze the company’s current situation and the specifics of the industry. Based on this analysis, we search for and identify suitable candidates for the succession.

Interim Management
Interim management involves the temporary deployment of managers and specialists for defined tasks.
In contrast to a permanent employment relationship, the interim manager is not an employee of the respective company, but works on a temporary basis under an individual contract.

Typical Project Process
For a limited period of time, the use of an interim manager ensures that current problems and projects are dealt with in a timely manner in the event of corporate resource bottlenecks. If necessary, the consultant and the client will draw up a requirements profile in which the tasks, area of responsibility, objectives, powers, reporting and timeframe are clearly defined. Based on the requirements, interim managers are presented to the client within a very short time (usually 2-3 days). Following the selection decision, the interim manager provides the management or specialist function as a service. The costs incurred are contractually agreed on the basis of the planned time frame. They are made up of a daily fee and ancillary costs. Apart from the project-related costs, there are no further costs for the customer.
